Water Baptism

Water baptism is an important step for every person who has accepted Christ as their Savior. Jesus instructed us to be baptized as an act of obedience, demonstrating submission to God. Baptism is a way of showing others that you have entered into relationship with Jesus Christ. It symbolizes that you:

• Accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior.
• Share in His death and resurrection, illustrated by going under the water (dead to your old life), then rising again (new life).
• Are washed clean and your sins are forgiven by his death on the cross.
